What meat tray colors and materials do you stock?
We stock black and white PP/EPS foam trays plus rigid PP and clear APET trays. Black is most common for red meat, while clear APET is used for premium seafood and white for poultry and pork programs.
Are these trays compatible with MAP and skin-pack lines?
Yes. Rigid PP trays are engineered with seal-flat rims for modified-atmosphere and skin-pack lidding; foam trays suit conventional overwrap. Send us your film and machine specs and we will confirm fit.
Can you print or emboss our brand on the tray?
Yes — up to 8-color printing, hot-stamping and embossed base logos are available, with Pantone matching and custom tooling.
Do trays include absorbent pads?
Pads are a separate item we can supply matched to cavity size, or trays ship without pads. Tell us your expected purge volume and we will recommend pad weight.
What is the MOQ for a custom tray size?
Custom rigid trays generally start at 30,000–100,000 pieces depending on tooling; stocked standard sizes can ship from a single carton for trials.
