Products and quotations
All product descriptions, dimensions, capacities, prices and lead times are indicative and confirmed in a formal quotation and proforma invoice. Specifications may change with tooling and material updates.
Samples and suitability
Buyers are responsible for validating samples for fit, sealing and suitability on their own production lines and for their intended food application before volume orders.
Orders and payment
Orders are governed by the proforma invoice and any separate supply agreement. Payment terms are stated per transaction; ownership and risk transfer according to the agreed Incoterms (typically FOB or CIF).
Intellectual property
Custom tooling produced for a buyer and buyer-supplied artwork remains the buyer's property as agreed in writing; website content and the FoodPack Source marks are ours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the supply contract; the parties will specify the governing law and dispute forum in that contract.
