Quality is built into the process rather than inspected at the end. Our system covers incoming resin verification, first-article inspection, in-process dimensional checks and finished-goods AQL sampling before packing.
For retail programs we maintain documented batch records so any shipment can be traced back to resin lot, forming line, inspection record and packing date.
Specific certificate numbers, issuing bodies and validity dates are provided directly to buyers during vendor onboarding.
