Quality is built into the process rather than inspected at the end. Our system covers incoming resin verification, first-article inspection, in-process dimensional checks and finished-goods AQL sampling before packing.
For retail programs we maintain documented batch records so any shipment can be traced back to resin lot, forming line, inspection record and packing date.
