What is your minimum order quantity?
Stocked, in-structure items can be ordered from as little as one carton so buyers can trial formats. Custom programs with new tooling or printing typically start at 30,000–100,000 pieces depending on the product and cavity.
How do I get an accurate price?
Send the size/capacity, material, gauge if known, quantity, printing requirements and destination port — or a photo/sample of the target pack. We reply with factory pricing within one business day.
Are prices FOB or CIF?
We quote FOB by default and can provide CIF or door-to-door rates through our freight partners once the destination and volume are known.
Are samples free?
Standard samples are provided free; buyers typically cover only the international courier charge. Custom-made samples may require a tooling deposit.
Production, Tooling & Lead Time
How long does custom tooling take?
New moulds are normally completed in 12–20 days, followed by pre-production samples for your fit and seal tests.
What is the mass-production lead time?
Production typically takes 15–30 days after sample approval depending on quantity, print complexity and season, plus ocean transit to the US.
Can you match our existing tray or container?
Yes. Provide a physical sample or detailed drawing (especially the sealing flange for MAP/CPET lines) and we match footprint and function with new tooling.
What customization is available?
Custom sizes/compartments, material and color, up to 8-color printing, Pantone matching, IML/embossing, anti-fog lids, vents and private-label case packs.
Materials, Compliance & Quality
Are products FDA and EU compliant?
Products are manufactured from food-contact-grade resins under FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011 frameworks; declarations and migration reports are available on request.
Can you supply rPET with documentation?
Yes, rPET programs from 30% to 100% recycled content are available with GRS chain-of-custody documentation.
What quality certifications does the factory hold?
The factory operates under ISO 9001 quality management with food-safety-aligned controls; FSSC 22000-aligned and BRC documentation is available subject to program.
How is quality controlled?
Incoming resin verification, first-article inspection, in-process dimensional and seal checks, and AQL finished-goods sampling before clean packing.

Which shipping terms do you support?
FOB, CIF and door-to-door arrangements, with export documentation and loading supervision.
What payment terms are available?
New programs typically use T/T with a deposit against tooling/production and balance before shipment; terms for established accounts can be discussed.
