We quote FOB from our Guangdong factory by default. CIF and door-to-door rates are available through our freight partners once destination and volume are confirmed.
New programs typically use a deposit against tooling/production with balance due before shipment. Terms for established accounts can be discussed as the relationship develops.
Standard stocked samples are provided free; buyers typically cover only the international courier charge. Fully custom samples requiring new tooling may carry a deposit.
FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011 statements, migration test reports and material declarations are available on request — ask early if you need them for a vendor packet.
